I started out devoting 15 minutes at a time to read "Success Weapons", but I found myself turning page after page and chapter after chapter...until I eventually spent an entire 2-hour period finishing the book.The examples that Scott gives are short and easy to understand...but that is what makes the messages they deliver so effective. We all overlook the simple messages that life has to offer, and this book helps bring them into focus.
I recommend getting this book. You can't beat it for the price!

Thank you, Mr. Francis for writing and sharing with the world such an eye-opening and thought provoking book. I am often inspired by people who selflessly set out to encourage others. Your book definitely hits the mark for encouragement. The candid dialogue you shared in this book is filled with compassion which make the lessons in this book relatable to every reader. "Success Weapons" should be implemented into school systems as a format to guide students into meaningful careers. It's a necessary read for all corporate individuals from employee to employer. As Oprah said "everybody gets one"! I highly suggest this book be given as a gift to everyone who craves encouragement and seeks to "enjoy life" more. Jumpstart your New Year with this book as it is time for "Success Weapons".
I knew I had the right book when Mr. Francis started to talk about his childhood struggles (in the Preface) with cruel name-calling. The next day (because of the book),I visited the school yard where the beginnings of my low self-esteem started ("Who wants Tubsy ??") I began to confront scars that were 5 decades old. Thanks, Mr. Francis for being forth-coming about what you have overcome. I can't wait to get to each of the 26 success weapons. I realized that this book is exactly what you said - ammunition. I wish I had this book sooner, since I would have been insulated from many problems in later life. So, "who wants Tubsy?? " I DO ! I do. The book helped me realize how important it is to love yourself. Serious.
As I read through, I realize that the power to make changes is in my own hands. I looked through the chapter list and realized it was like a menu. I wanted to consume each A-Z short chapter, but choose to make this a process, which is what any life change is, anyway. I'm going to take it and keep a journal, so that it can be enduring change toward success. "Who wants Tubsy ??" - I say "Who's that ??" Buy this book for sure.

Everything in this book is something that we should be constantly working on to improve our lives. Scott gives many stories to emphasize each topic. I particularly liked the chapter about time management. That is an area that I continue to struggle with and he shared some thoughts that I had not come across before.
This book was a pleasure to read. I enjoyed it immensely. Scott Francis is one of those rare caring individuals that leaves a warm lasting impression. His book inspired me to think bigger because I know that I can do it! ~ Kudos to Scott Francis!
What an incredible read! I don't think I expected this book to have the profound effect on me that it did. A friend recommended I read it because I'd been having an especially hard day. I bought the book thinking I'd get through a few chapters just to tell him I'd taken his advice, but I kept reading and reading.. I couldn't put it down! The book told me what I needed to hear, but also gave examples, humorous stories, salient quotes and good advice. The values and inspiration presented is so strong, I'm going to give it to my wife and encourage my kids to read it as well... maybe do one chapter each night at dinner for conversation.
